  • Melissa Rabell Mental Health Trauma Therapist

    Melissa Buchanan / Rabell, MS, LMHC, LPC-MHSP, CCTP

    Melissa is the founder of Reinventing Hope Counseling, is passionate about helping individuals heal from developmental and relational trauma. Specializing in mind-body trauma therapy, she empowers clients to reconnect with themselves, regulate their nervous systems, and break free from survival-based patterns. Melissa’s approach is rooted in compassion and deep understanding, creating a safe space where healing and growth can thrive.

    With a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a focus on Marriage and Family Therapy, Melissa utilizes an integrative, trauma-informed approach that fosters holistic healing and lasting change. She incorporates a variety of evidence-based modalities including T-CBT, EMDR, somatic therapy, and other mind-body practices tailored to each client’s unique needs. Melissa has specialized training in working with individuals impacted by narcissistic parents/partners and attachment wounds. She is especially skilled at supporting those who find it difficult to seek help or identify with being “tough.”

    Melissa is a sought-after speaker, published author, and board member of Her Voice In The Darkness, showcases her dedication to helping survivors of psychological and emotional abuse. She is also a contributing author in the collaborative book Heal to Lead, which focuses on the transformative power of healing to create impactful leadership.

    When she’s not working with clients, Melissa enjoys spending time with loved ones, mentoring other clinicians, listening to music, and being on the water.

  • Isabel Bogaert Mental Health Trauma Therapist

    Isabel Bogaert, MA, LPC-MHSP (temp)

    Isabel Bogaert is a Master's Level Counselor, supervised by Amy Lazarov Das, LPC-MHSP-S (TN, license #3891). Isabel is passionate about supporting individuals who are navigating feelings of anxiety, depression, self-doubt, or feeling stuck in life. She creates a compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their emotions and gain clarity on their next steps.

    With a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University, Isabel integrates practical skills such as coping strategies and mindfulness into her work. She is committed to helping clients process past events, develop self-compassion, and grow in confidence as they move forward in life. Isabel has experience through her practicum and internship at The Olive Branch Counseling Center and Community Grief Support, where she worked with individuals and groups to support those in grief and transition. She specializes in working with individuals, young adults, and adolescents ages 12 and older.

    Isabel’s therapy modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Reality Therapy. She focuses on issues such as self-esteem, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, life transitions, mindfulness, church hurt, and grief.

    Outside of work, Isabel enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She and her husband have a cat, Schmidt, who is named after the character from New Girl. Isabel loves being outside, cooking, painting, and reading a fun novel.

    Dayne Mikelle Floutin, Intake Consultant

    Dayne is from Dallas, Texas and has her Master's of Science in Psychology from Divine Mercy University. She is also a Texas Tech Alum and in her free time enjoys reading, doing make-up, analyzing song lyrics, and playing pickleball with her husband! Dayne loves being involved with the worship team at church and mentoring kids through her local school district. Mostly, she enjoys her life ministry of being a wife and a mom to 5 kids ranging from 1 to 17 years old!
